Welcome to my Juicing for Weight Loss Blog!
Hello everyone and welcome to my new blog about juicing for weight loss! I'm like every other person in the world in that I want to try to lose weight. I made this blog to discuss my successes and my failures to hopefully help out the many people that are also trying to lose weight.
When you are walking down the path of weight loss, the first thing you will need to do is completely overhaul your diet. This is easier said than done, especially for people with full time jobs and kids to worry about. I wanted to take an easy approach, which is why I started juicing. Unfortunately, it is not as easy as drinking a glass of fresh juice everyday. There is a lot more to it than that.
So far, I've been able to lose about 10 pounds. It's been a ride and I'm really happy about the weight loss I've been able to accomplish so far. But I'm not done yet. I certainly want to strive for more. It's a tough and slow process when done right, but it's amazing how rewarding it feels when you see improvements.
